Had this idea as a mutation submission, but was terribly surprised that there was no gene that looked anything like a "Banded Tabby" markings...
So I am submitting this as both my mutation and gene submissions...
Combining a "Banded Tabby" gene,
with a "Insane Smile" mutation...
I get a Cheshire Cat!!! (Ala Disney's interpretation of the C.S. Louis character)
Behold! My terrible MS Paint skills:
Because of various copyright reasons, I understand if things have to be tweaked so they don't look quite so much like the Disney version, but I would still love to be able to have a Cheshire Cat that is recognizable. ^_^

The inspiration for this is a witch doctor, a collector of bones.

My favorite thing about fall is the faded splotchy colors on the leaves. Here, I'm imagining the color for the gene as the dark spot. For the tips, it fades as it goes inward. However, it fades into c2 or c3 rather than to white. Some parts will be c2 and others c3
Sorry this one came out so fuzzy, I may try for it again, but the fading is on the snout, wing claws, feet, and spots on the body)
Shattered for ny'vene because fall is for family events like Thanksgiving and something ALWAYS breaks
Harvest for lighira
Spilled (cider) for kelpari

How about a Canadian goose design for the Aurleon? I see so many geese this time of year flying south for the winter that it seems pretty appropriate. Please forgive my lackluster drawing skills!

I have been thinking really hard about how to incorporate the October fest into a gene...
And then I thought about beer (and I don't even drink it. Yuck!)
anyway beer has this nice texture to it, where you have the foam and the bubbles in the drink itself. Now I got carried away with my horrible drawing, but the idea is that the "bubbles" increase once you get closer to the foam.
(I know it looks like a drew some form of panther, but the idea was beer...)
something like this
The second idea came to me while looking at trees here in the neighbourhood, some trees seem to lose their bark. Leaving darker spots. I have also done a google search to find an image describing this, because once again I could not draw it the way I wanted it too.
Anyway the idea is that the (Zolnixi in this case) has darker spots and lines on the legs and paws.
