So you're currently only using 1 proficiency point instead of the 2 you have available for all 3 pets. You need to use those other points.

Your light pet's prof points should both go into intelligence at this point. Not health. The more damage a light pet does, the more it heals.

Fire pet's prof points should also both go into intelligence.

Your shadow pet's prof points should go into either agility, health, or a split of the two.

The most basic team setup is tank/healer/dps. Your tank (which is your shadow pet) should always be in the first position on the Party page. This will make your pet show up in the center of your screen when you battle. This is because the first position gets attacked the most.

Your equipment could use some work too but honestly I think if you do your prof points right you should be able to get through that battle. Mostly you need equipment that gives you intelligence points instead of strength. All 3 of your pets are magical attackers (intelligence-based) and not physical attackers (strength based).

I will add that with the real big wave battles where taking out one enemy will replace it with another, a good strategy is to aim for one enemy slot and that slot only, forcing the stronger enemies to bottleneck into that spot, and leaving the other two slots as very weak foes who can't do much.
It will be hard to do with a fire pet, you'd probably have to stick primarily to quick attack to do it, since fire's base two attacks are multi-hitters.

Adding on to what Sakina said:
Tank pets (slot 1, generally earth, shadow, or water, but occasionally light. In this case, it's shadow) typically end up with some combo of HP, offense, and Agility for their profs (though what arrangement of these depends on the pet's stats and the player's preference and style), and should be equipped with gear that boosts Int/Agi (under lv60, this is primarily Illusionist gear)

Shawl's gear is, how to say,,, really not great. If he was lv15 then the level/rarity combo would be okay, but...
As mentioned, as a Shadow pet, he should have Int/Agi gear
Relic: Correct stats being boosted, good rarity (epic), but it's a piece of lv5 gear on a lv45 pet, in a lv35 area. It's only boosting him a fraction of what he'd be getting from something more appropriate to his level.
Armor: Assassin gear, which boosts Str/Agi, is used by Earth and Water tanks. Also, while also epic, it's lv15
Accessory 1: another assassin, epic, and lv5 again.
Acc2: boosts the right stat, but is Uncommon (aka, completely useless), and lv5

Look to getting him a set of epic or legendary lv25 Illusionist gear from the broker (lv25 epic and legendary gear drop from lc25 very hard mission satchels, so they're usually in good supply and fairly cheap on the broker)

Astral is a light healer, and they generally run on Int/Dex, to get the highest amount of healing they can out. However, they don't use dex the same way fire and air pets do, so you might want to go for all 3 profs to int (once you get your next prof point)
Since they go int/dex, you want Evoker gear, although Illusionist is also okay if you don't have enough Evoker (because, again, they don't use crits the way fire and air do, those are a bonus.)
Astral gear:
relic: No no no, this right here, you see, this is a Myrmidon relic.
The thing about relics is that they give a large boost to a pet's damage stat... but only one of the two damage stats (unless it's a disciple relic). The damage stat they boost is tied to what kind of relic it is.
Myrmidon are Str/Dex equips, and thus boost the Physical Damage stat, which Earth, Water, and Air pets use to calculate their moves. Astral, as a light pet, gets none of the boost, because he's a Light element, and uses only the Magical Damage stat.
He needs an Evoker, or failing that, an Illusionist (though if you ever decide to use an air attacker, this would be a great relic for while they're lv35-49)
Armor: eh, it's fine. Disciple is more a placeholder, but it's close enough to him in level, and good enough rarity that it's actually doing something for him
acc1: not great, low level, low rarity, disciple-type
acc2: terrible- 0 level, garbage rarity, wrong type entirely for a light healer

Supernova, fire attacker, like Light, they use Int/Dex. Unlike Light, once you hit lv60 you may want to go 2int/1dex, though- fire and air both use crits to apply their base attack's debuffs on enemies.
likewise, they also get evoker gear for the int/dex.
Relic: Nope, that's a case of 'useless to the pet'- average level, low rarity, but importantly, it's a Strength-type relic on an Intelligence-type pet, so again, not able to make use of the relic bonus
armor: right kind, good rarity, let down by the level.
acc1: average level, low rarity, wrong type
acc2: very low level, trash rarity, wrong type

IN short:
Profs should be fine now, but equips DO need fixing
Illusionist for Shadow Tank, who needs Int/Agi
Evoker or failing that Illusionist for Light Healer who needs primarily Int
Evoker for Fire Attacker, who needs Int/Dex

Aim for lv25 epic or legendary gear of these types, which you can get either from the Broker or as a potential drop from lv25 Very Hard mission satchels.

(Once the pets hit lv50, you'd want to upgrade to lv50 epic/legendary versions- also fairly easy to buy off the broker since they get dropped by lv50 very hard mission satchels-, but you could keep the lv25 stuff on hand in the inventory for if you ever need to raise another team)

(Str: used by Physical elements- water, earth, air
Int: used by Magical elements- fire, light, shadow
Dex: controls accuracy and crit chances
Agi: controls evasion and defense

Pet speed, which affects when a pet moves in a turn, is controlled equally by dex and agi. 300dex/100agi is the same as 200dex/ 200agi, or 300dex/100agi)
