I thought there was one but I'm not sure and couldn't find anything in the market place

Genetic mutators are for tamed pets, whether themed or not. Exclusive pets, however, are not the same as tamed.

The philter that is specifically for themed is the Philter of Trait Disruption (Themed), and that is for randomly shifting the traits around on a first generation themed pet (whether tamed or exclusive) that has not been bred. It does not add a new trait like a mutator, it just re-rolls the traits the pet already has (so if it has two carries, the pet will still have two carries after the philter is used. It will just be two randomly chosen carries, most likely different from the two that the pet had before. Though... it being RNG, it has happened that one of the traits 'sticks'.)
