what level do pets need to be to challenge "Fire Eyes" the morkko from the arena in astryls vale? it says my party is too high level. any tips for defeating him?

Fire Eyes is part of the lv25 bracket of the arena- Your party has to be lv25 or lower to fight enemies in this bracket
The other bracket, that you unlock after the lv25 bracket, is lv50, where pets up to lv50 can fight

there's a guide to the arena here- though it is outdated in terms of teambuilds, since it was done before the overhaul, the strategies based on enemy attacks are fine
I can go run my teams through the arena to refine pointers but my brain is in a "nooooope, no thinkin" feeling right now so i'll do it later
