We ask that players do not post things such as a public block/ban list. It really will only cause more drama and fall into the category of "publicly calling players out", which is not allowed.
If there are certain players you do not wish to conduct business with, etc, I'd suggest just keeping a private list somewhere - such as a notepad file or just simply on a piece of paper by your desk.
