This is entirely my own opinion, but you asked for it.
In total though? Maybe use fewer colours, try to replicate the colour scheme first, then look which mutations or genes fit best.


Thor - good choice in species, I think it fits.
The yellow/gold not so much though - I know he has blond hair, but it's too much of that colour in proportion to the rest I think, I'd use less and if that doesn't work, maybe even none at all. I'd also use red wings, possibly in conjunction with feather wings, or frost fae if you can get them solid red, and a blue/grey/white body, the majestic regalia look great though.

Black widow - I have to say I'm not sure about your species choice here. Personally I would probably have opted for Zolnixi, Lupora, Qurleon, even Ny'vene or Ryori but the vulnyx certainly could work.
Soo... colours wise what would we be looking for here? depending on which costume you choose you have black first of all and lots of it, maybe gold, certainly little bits of red and of course orange for her hair - the white or close to white skin could be an option as well. What I wouldn't use is grey, even dark grey and I would keep everything very sleek, just like her costume No need for the tundra fur or any wings in my opinion. some sort of bracelet and/or belt gene or mutation might be useful though.

Captain america - I like it. Good choice of species here, good genes on the body, the only thing I would experiment with would be the colour of the gemstones and metal of the mutation as well as the mane and see whether using more white or red might improve it.

Iron Man -
Hmm
I'm not sure Quitari is the best species to use here, but it's really difficult. What we're looking for is probably medium bulk, relatively round lines in all, lots of red and gold with sprinkles of blue. I'll have to play with the generator for this one. In the end I think lupora with mech wings might be the best option here, but it's very very difficult.

Hawkeye - I don't see it. I really don't. Where is all that brown coming from? I'd have opted for something predominantly violet (or black if you're going with the movie version, but not as black or sleek as black widow up there), with some sort of light armor if possible. Species wise it's difficult., but I'd probably have opted for lupora or quitari.



attack on titan I don't think I know enough about - all I can say is that the third one isn't particularly attractive to me.

Black Widow: Never thought of Ryori ^^ I tried nixi, couldn't see it, so i skipped to vulnyx, using the flame design as symbolizing her hair.... I'll see what I can do, and I think I'll update it with all the versions? But, thanks for the tips ^^

Thor's armor, movie wise, is black and silver, with a red cloak, which is why I suggested the red feather wings.

seems to have blue trousers as well, but it's so gritty and with quite strong lighting, so it's a bit hard to tell.
