Hello

I am a new player and I am trying to make gold in order to do stuff like consistently heal and increase party size but it is very very slow. Is there any good method in the early game to make a good amount of gold quickly? Or just general advice to make it go faster?

Tips:
- Don't heal your pets with the fairies, just stay out of battle for a while (pets heal over time, gaining HP and losing mana charge), or use healing items obtained from mission satchels (I provided info on these in your last thread)
- once you reach region 2 (umbra forest) and get access to sanctuary of saerielle, you can get your third pet slot from the plaza there. This will allow you to have a full three-pet team, and you can add a Light Healer (profs to Int, equipment type: Evoker. The information given on the proficiency page for light pets gives the outline of what most would call a Light Tank, rather than the much more common Healer) to your Earth/Air team. This will dramatically decrease your need to heal your pets manually.
- Get some cheap pets, pick a mission type for them; 5-10 pets, with 1-2 each focusing on one stat (of HP, Str, Int, Dex, and Agi), proficiencies and equips to build that one stat, and see about missions. Small missions can build up over time, and the longer missions that you can send your pets on, especially once you have all 6 mission slots unlocked, can build up pretty fast. The good thing about missions is that they require no more input on your part than sending the pet on the mission, and then collecting it again later when the mission is completed

I am a newbie too and recently earned enough money very quickly to get my third party slot. Let me tell you how I did it.
At the Fungus Grove, there is a chance you'll encounter Treasure chests that contain about 300 gold. I would skip battles to save time and get money faster. Sometimes mobs would attack anyway.
It's also a good way to Farm mushrooms.
It's been a awhile since you posted this question but sure we'll run into other areas that we can apply this too.
