I've noticed that noone seems interested in buying my dotted eggs or scales.
Is there something I can do with either to either keep my pets healthy or get gold to feed them?
All the philters seem be for breeding. The festival stuff seems to related to plants (or maybe "seed" is a euphemism for "fetus?")
I pretty much just want to keep my pets alive and fix their injuries from fights. How do I do that?

Decorated Eggs currently have a current lowest listing of 300g per egg and the recent sales the current average of eggs has sold for 364 gold per egg. If your price is higher, youll find it difficult to sell.
You cant sell scales directly but you can buy philters to sell. In terms of making gold this way your best bet is lesser pet dyes which are 1000 scales each. Their current lowest listing is 40,000 gold and the average price theyve sold for recently is just under 29,000 gold each over the past 30 days.
Pets will recover naturally over time too. Its best to not bother with the healers and let them recover naturally. If you find your pets are constantly fainting it might be best to look at a battle guide/team set up guide. (Id link but Im on mobile atm and its awkward. TwT)

Oh, Ok, cool.
Why does the average price say 1,921?
I couldn't find any eggs for sale under
Trade Broker and doing the drop down for miscellaneous.
Thank you for the info, I'll see if that works better!
"average price" is, well, the average of all items in the calculation. So if you have, say, 80 people who put an item up for 300 gold, and one who puts the item up for 100k, then the average price is 1530
(Sylesti gardening stuff is all related to plants because the activity is for growing plants to obtain spring themes. They're items that are present for the period of the festival, for a festival-based, spring-themed activity. Philters are items that can be used on hatching egglings (or older sylesti, depending on what the philter is) through the entire year and have no tie to the season.)
Pets will recover if not in a battle (so long as they aren't in the Lost Grove or unconscious from hunger) over time, including recovery from being knocked out in battle, as Imperium said. However, if you have pets running Missions, both Satisfactory and Exceptional results from the pet running the mission will get you Mission Satchels as part of the reward (1 from satisfactory results, 2 from Exceptional). Mission satchels can contain gold, equips, and healing items (Potions, Elixirs, and Draughts) (also on occasion essences drop if you're very lucky)
You can, obviously, use these healing items to heal pets.
Another option is getting your second party slot from Esior's Haven and making the other party pet a Light pet. Currently your only party pet is a Fire element- Fire and Air are the two dedicated Attacker type elements, and have no natural healing abilities aside from Mend (although Air does get some limited self-healing at lv75)
Earth and Shadow are both Tank elements with some level of self-healing in their moves
Water is Tank/ Buffer element, and can heal itself or other party pets in limited capacity once it reaches lv30 and gets Ice Barrier
Light is the Healer element (though can run as Tank), and is focused on healing the party.
Equipping your pet also helps keep them healthy in battle (buffs to all stats- HP to last longer, attack to increase move effectiveness, defense to reduce incoming damage, evasion to dodge incoming attacks) especially once they're equipped with good gear that matches their battle position
Decorated eggs are not under the Miscellaneous section in the Trade Broker- they're in the Badges and Tokens section

Cool, I'll try to do that.
Thanks for all of the tips!
