I have just breed some eggs and can't remember who long they take to hatch.

Apparently having a gin and tonic and mass breeding you're slyestia isn't a good idea XD.

Bred eggs take 2-3 days to hatch. Tamed eggs take 1-2.

Egglings can be found while exploring (random encounter in regions 1+2, rare chance to spawn in item node in region 3+fest zones+lost grove) which are at, so far as I know, any age between 0 and 60 maturity hours (mh) (0 and 2 days 12 hours) (guessing 60's the cap for them since I don't think I've ever found one that was a peeker)

Bred egglings, as well as those bought from one of the pet shops (scale, vene, puff) or made via fest activity start at 0 mh

Egglings are ready to hatch at 72 mh, and will auto hatch 24 hours after they hit 72mh
72mh is equivalent to 3 days if the eggling does not get more than 6 nurtures.

Every 6 nurtures an eggling will get a bonus +1 mh, reducing the time it takes for it to hatch.
