I'm pretty sure I can get a handful of these from the Wild Area. Some of these you can get from early Routes though so I don't know if you would want to trade away Pokmon for one like Pumpkaboo that just appears on Route 4.

If you want I can make a list of what Pokmon appear in easy-to-reach locations on your list.
