The one-use versions are sometimes (but very rarely) available as prizes from certain fest events like the Advent Calendar. But one-use tests stopped being commonly used years ago and most people use free pet testing services that other players offer. You can find plenty of them in the Groups, Guilds, Clubs, and Services forum. Asking for testers in region chat is also pretty common.
