I recently bred two near max Stat sylesties together, health and mana being the two stats that weren't max yet for one of the parents. One parent was a max Stat and the other shy by a few hundred health and 100 mana. I used a prismatic philter on the egg to hatch it. Resulting offspring had only 101 Stats and parent's 100 stats despite the bonus of the prismatic philter. What's going on with the stats minimal differences? And how do I breed a super max Stat pet as I've heard mentioned in the sales forum?

a lot of people will start by breeding a project pet with select traits/colors if it isn't themed, and how to do that is described in this guide by Xavion.
breeding for max stats generally takes several generations and requires a lot of inbreeding, this thread by Flute describes how to do it, but honestly this post is all you really need to know for the process itself.
for breeding supermax stat pets, you will need a pet from the lost grove with wild stats, usually people will use pets found/caught in the Ancient Temple because they have very high wild stats (which will decrease as generations pass by). people will generally try to breed a max stat pet and then cross breed with a close to max or max stat pet with additional wild stats to achieve a supermax stat pet.

sorry to post twice, reread the message because someone was talking at me while i was typing.
i'm assuming this is the pet you mention in your post?
her mother was not quite at max stats, she was short 515 health and 70 mana and her father was 53 mana short.
prismatic philters will only add 200 health and 10 mana to a pet, and her other stats would've already been maxed (100 base) so they wouldn't have been changed at all.
edit to add: pre-prismatic philter, her health could've been anywhere from 1485 to 2000 because of the difference between the parents, and her mana would've been between 130 and 147. it looks like without the philter, she would've hatched with 133 mana and 1596 health.

As Yurei's mentioned, the parents both have base100 in str/int/dex/agi, but the mother's HP is near 600 shy of max, and neither parent has near-max mana. Babies inherit stats in the range of anywhere between the parents' stats, and Prisma's only give a certain set amount to each stat
Supermaxes are obtained, also as mentioned, from breeding with certain Lost Grove pets, or their descendants, and the + stats decrease with each generation removed from the progenitor (additionally, if both parents have + stats, it will first select from between the parent numbers like with regular stats and THEN apply the generational decrease.) (eg, parent A is +0 str (no lg stat), parent B is +10 str, baby will get either +6 or +7 str (four base stats lose 3-4 points per generation). Parent A has +10, parent B has +30, baby can end up with anywhere between +6 and +27)
Grove stats depend on some factors- namely:
Theme or non-theme, egg or caught, temple or forest/caverns, rarity
Highest possible wild stats are on legendary/mythical themes
Followed by eggs found in the temple
Followed by legendary/mythical non-themed and epic themes
those are the ones with the highest tiers of wild stats, and thus the ones most likely to be used for supermax breeding
The best possible supermaxes are max stat + leg/myth lg theme crosses, but since the wild pet has regular wild-pet stats aside from the + stats, it's a real roll of the dice getting the rng luck for the stats (you'd also want to have the ability to test the eggs to determine what ones are worth even using a prisma on, prisma supplies, scales for nurture boost, and to be doing the breeding primarily in line with fests for most possible nurtures.)
(Some supermax breeders, actually release potential-supermax babies specifically to be reclaimed when a fest rolls around, since a released pet doesn't age. That way they can breed year-round and have a larger pool of Potentials ready for fest nurtureboards)
