it depends on what you're looking for, personally when i got there i used a tank, a healer, and a glass cannon.
i know people who use a light tank (healing/tank) and two cannons though, so it depends on your play style.

this is a pretty good guide i've been using throughout the lost grove, it should help you with building your team and handling proficiency points, armor, and elements. :)

as mentioned, most people use tank/healer/attacker
Some people use light/water+two attackers, once they hit lv75, to impressive effect

I'd suggest maybe trying out some stuff, seeing what works for you.

I looked at your team and noticed their gear is, well, a lot of mishmash of everything?
As a Water tank. StarLight should be equipped with Tidal Lord and/or Warden gear, to go all-in on the Strength and Agility. The Lightbringer helm and Pyro bracer are's overly helpful for him, since they're both primary Int-focused equips. You could move those onto Crystal, who as a light pet can make use of them (pyro bracer could also go to a fire attacker if you wanted to try one)
The relic is fine until you can get a vinethorn, since its stats are very very slightly better than an exotic-tier

Crystal is generally okay, but move the Storm Caller bracer to Winter Storm. It's a physical-type equip, so it's not so useful for her.
Most people run light healers full pyromancer, but you can mix and match both pyro and lightbringer on them, since they mostly just need the int, with usually no particular leaning towards whether they need dex or agi more.

Winter Storm, you could just move the relic and one bracer onto Crystal really.
As an Air attacker, you want to go all-in on the Strength and Dexterity, meaning you want Storm Caller entirely. Currently he's being hindered because he's running mostly int-type gear (which is increasing int, which raises Magical Damage stat, which he, as a Physical element, cannot use at all), so his damage output's a lot lower than it should be. Fixing his equips up specifically should see the fights going more easily.

Uns's guide (linked in Yurei's post) is pretty good to look at for getting an overview of elements, team setup, and what the elites/bosses of the grove may throw at you

Knowing the strategies of the non-elite/boss Cave enemies is also useful (mycanoids aim order, take out blues, then reds, then greens, earthen constructs, hit one until it puts up its buff, swap to a different one, repeat)
