It's maybe a bit late to be asking this, but how do you complete the Freely Mail a Candy Heart to a Player task? I've sent a few hearts to different players and it doesn't mark the task as done nor do I obtain the reward for doing it. Do you have to send it to someone in your friends list or something? Sorry if this sounds dumb, but I'm very confused

For this task, you have to send the heart from your inventory using the little envelope icon along the bottom of the inventory (send item to player). If you are selling the heart through the trade broker, it will not count.

If you have been sending the heart utilizing the envelope icon in the inventory, then it not counting would be a bug and should be reported in the bug forum. I have had no problem getting this task to count when sending hearts in this manner, and I haven't heard anyone else having an issue either, so I'm hoping it's just that you've been sending the hearts in some different way.

I've been using the mail icon but apparently sending more than one heart at a time doesn't count(just learned today how to send just one heart). I took your advice and tried sending the candy heart again and it worked this time.

Thankfully not a bug. Just me being a noob and not understanding the item system xp I'm so glad I could figure this out, even though the event is mostly over. Hoping I'll still have time to get a full set *fingers crossed*
