you would need to find or purchase an ancient tome of knowledge in the lost grove and then use it in your blacksmith.

you can also buy them from another player who can craft them. i have an extra on hand though, so ill send it over. ^^

You will nead to get an ancien tome of knowledge to unlock the design at the barrack's blackmith, you can get the tomes as an extremely rare drop from boss in the cave or by buying it for 1,200 tokens in the material exchange.

since SW equips can drop from bosses in the Temple, they're often in somewhat decent supply in the Trade Broker, though somewhat pricey averaging ~100k per piece (not nearly as pricey as when they were only available from the blacksmith, though)

but yeah, tome of knowledge (drop from three cave bosses, rarely found in Kowlla's secret stash, or buy from barracks once caverns are available) are used to unlock SW designs in blacksmith. Total of 18, one per SW design.
