So I have one on this pet what would happen if I had another one

If you're trying to add another Imperial Dragon restricted trait, it won't work. When reading the description of a restricted trait disruptor, it says This Pet cannot have a Carried or Visible Trait of the Restricted Trait Set that is being added.

Yes, correct. You'd have to use it on an Exclusive, Bred, or Tamed Ny'vene that doesn't already have an Imperial Dragon restricted trait.
For specifics, you should read the description of the trait disruptor. It'll tell you what you can and can't do with the disruptor.
You should be able to read the description by hovering your mouse over the disruptor or clicking it on your phone if you're on mobile.
