I would like to start a 6-vis project with the ghostly chill faelora, and currently none with flowered crown exist. I have a trait disruptor so i can just apply it, but when would be the best time? at the end when i have a 5vis pair? or at the beginning of the project? or anywhere along the way
thank you!

you definitely should use it at the beginning of a project just because it makes it so down the line you won't have to use nullifiers or anything, however it is not guaranteed you will get the traits you want from a trait disruptor. they only randomly reshuffle traits, you could end up with anything that isn't a restricted trait.
what might be more effective is to find someone who has a Tamed Ghostly Chill Faelora that hasn't been genetically mutated and used a Greater Genetic Mutator on it - That will guarantee the trait the pet gets because you can pick.

if you meant a Mutator, then you'd have to use it at the start, generally speaking, since Mutators can only be used on Gen1 Tamed pets (unless you wanted to introduce a Gen1 pet into the breeding project with a 5v partner which... not generally the optimal route, unless you had a 4v mythical with the right traits already waiting for the mutator)
