I suppose I should start off by saying that I apologize if this thread is in the wrong place! I created my account on January 18th, getting a pretty late start to the event... I have two ice sculptures in progress but at this point only have 38 snowflakes left, one gentle warmth and one super chilled ice. I guess my question is, will I still be able to get these two Sylesti without having items to help them? I was really excited about them, hoping I didn't join too late or explore too little. welcome to the site!
at the end of each festival, the site admins (Krinadon and Faiona) look over the remaining sculptures that have not yet been completed and come up with criteria for what it would take to auto-complete them. generally its something like being a certain % completed or having used certain materials to make them.
this festival also has auto-progression for the sculptures which makes them grow gradually, even if you don't tend to them the whole time.
Krinadon has also said in this post that they are considering extending the time people can grow sculptures, so just do the best you can! ^^
