What are they for? I recieve them after battles but I dont know what the use is :)

It is planned for there to eventually be an ap shop but that's a kind of nebulous 'in the future' thing

Herro! I have a related question. How do you buy base styles?

I went to the wardrobe and picked the style I want to buy but all it says is "you cant save while previewing." I dont see a way to purchase base styles from the wardrobe screen or the avatar shop.

on locked base styles, there will be two icons, one in each top corner.
Top left will either have a Diamond or AP symbol, top right will have a gold bag icon.

Diamond symbol means it's purchasable by diamonds only, AP symbol means via AP or Diamonds.

To unlock a style, click the money bag icon and it'll bring up a popup where you can select what you want to use to purchase it
