- on hatchlings, doubles nurtures (so it counts each nurture double)
- on adolescents, skips 144 maturity hours. The 3 day cooldown means a max of two can be used per pet

Eggling stage lasts 72 hours max (3d)
Hatchling stage lasts 144 hours max (6d)
adolescence lasts 432 hours max (18d)
