How do you send gifts to another person?

Select the item you want to gift in your inventory, and look under the inventory box where there's an envelope with an arrow on it. Click it and you can type in the name of the person you wanna send the item to. c:

The CoD is for a fee, if you want the person to pay you for the item. That's usually for selling things in particular.
