Legend has it, that wolves came from the Silver Mountains, no one has ever been near those mountains, or climbed one, people say that wolves came from the top of the Silver Mountains, but others say that's impossible, the mountains stretch so high, not even a helicopter could reach the top. Legend has it there is a land beyond the mountains, a land of peace and happiness. But the wolves have their own side of the story, yes, they did come from the top, no, they can't go back, well most of them can't. When a terrible storm hits the land, the wolves must go back to the top of the Silver mountains, the three packs, Sky, River, and Earth, must make it to the top, it will take guts, but those who stay will be killed anyway. Are you prepared to take on the challenge?

Spiritmoon howls to Poppy, the signal to come over to her. "We must climb the Silver Mountains once more. This storm will only get worse." Spiritmoon motions for the rest of the pack to come, "We're climbing the Silver Mountains, the only way to stay alive, it may seem impossible, but it's the only way for our packs to live on. Those who are to weak or too old have to stay here." Spiritmoon explains to everyone

Where's everyone else? Oh, they must've started climbing Silver Mountains without me, I'll meet them there. White takes a few mice that she caught in her jaws and races towards the bottom of the Silver Mountains.

Poppy ran over to Spirit moon, dropping onto her haunches and pricking her ears to listen to the older wolf. 'The Silver Mountains? This will be a long trip. But leaders are leaders.' she thought, dipping her head in acceptance. She looked around at her pack gathered around her; they all looked much to serious. "I am ready, Spiritmoon. And," she lifted her paws to her eyes to examine them, "I don't think I'm to old or weak." She grinned playfully.

Breeze silently ran behind White, her grey-red paws making no noise on the fallen leafs. 'She must be going to the Silver Mountains, like everyone else.' she thought, excitement trailing down her spine and making her pet tingle.

Spiritmoon motions for the pack to start moving. "The storm's getting worse, I don't think we have much of a choice, we have to climb Silver Mountains." Spiritmoon mutters to herself.

White continues running towards the mountains, not knowing that Breeze was following her. White makes it to the Silver Mountains and sees her pack resting on a cliff ledge, White makes it to her pack, and places her prey on the ground next to three thrushes and a plump vole.

Poppy wrinkles her nose and stands to follow her leader to the base of the mountain. 'No one in this pack ever has any fun.' she whines to herself, breaking into a run after the rest of the wolves. The cold wind rippling through her grey-red fur soothed her and excited her for the journey to come.

Breeze crouches in the bushes under the ledge, her ears pricked to catch sound, her tail tucked nearly between her legs so she wouldn't be spotted. Why she had followed the other wolf through the forest, she wasn't sure. Curiosity, maybe, or boredom. Whatever the reason, she knew getting caught was not an option.
