I know this is a silly question and the answer is probably obvious and staring me in the face, but what exactly is a "Wheel Pet" or "Wheel Project"... It's one of those terms I see everywhere and am clueless as to what it means.

A wheel pet is like a pet you get from festivals with a ticket and it is tagged like "Aurora Nephini" or "Woodland Luffox". Hopefully I am correct, or I am just making a fool out of my self xD
