Contest Summary and Prizes

I'd appreciate it if you kept all of your contest entries in one post to make it easier on my friend (we'll refer to her as Elka) and I. :) Elka, who helped me judge the last avatar contest will be helping me judge the dress up contest and the art contest again.


The Raffle

Avatar Dress Up/Story Contest

The Avatar Dress Up portion will be judged by Elka and myself. The story Contest part will be judged by me.

All participants will receive a participation prize that will be determined at the end of the contest, participation prizes depend on how many participants there are.

The youngsters are all riled up. Perhaps you might entertain them with a good story until Yam is finished making his rounds?

This contest will be judged by Elka and myself~ we are complete opposite's in terms of art style and what we like, so this should balance any style favoritism issues that arise. :) She's loose and cartoony, and I'm tight lined and semi-realistic/semi-anime.

All participants will receive a participation prize that will be determined at the end of the contest, participation prizes depend on how many participants there are.

It's free time with the pets! Show us what you did with the pets by creatine a traditional or digital piece of art!

Avatar Dress Up/Story Contest


"I've go to go make my rounds. Perhaps you can read the critters a story? They get REALLY interested if you dress up as well, believe it or not. Remember though, their still young, so try to keep it kid friendly, 'kay?"


This contest's theme is "Children's Fairytales".

Story Portion:
Create a short children's fairytale or put a Sylestian twist on an existing children's fairytale for the adolescent prize Sylesti.

Examples:
The Ugly Duckling- The Ugly Aurleon
The Little Mermaid- The Little Kelpari/ Ariella (the Eternia NPC) related
Little Red Riding Hood- The Red Witch and the Lupora (story element twist and sylestiafied)

If you use an existing story to create your story off of, make sure to give the name of the story and the name of the original author~ (I'd really prefer it if you stick to classic fairytales to avoid copyright~! XD )


Avatar Dress-Up Portion
Dress up your avatar as one of the characters from the children's fairytale you're telling.
Example:
The Ugly Ducking- Dress up in gray's and black?
The Little Mermaid- Dress up as a mermaid perhaps, or a prince?
Little Red Riding Hood- Werewolf, a witch, pretty much just be creative~!

You do not need to own these items. Just make a preview version through the wardrobe.

Art Contest

"Hey there Rookie! Do you mind doing free time with the pets today? I have a difficult time playing with them between accidentally killing their balls with my spikes and them getting paint in my hair...you look like you're much better suited for the task!"

Art Contest Theme: Free Time
Create a piece of art, either digitally or traditionally of how you spent free time with the prize pets. You must include at least one of the prize pets (any of the 8 listed in the second post) in your art entry. The art MUST be your own.
