If you're bidding an extra 1k you would say you bid 2k
because that would be the full price at the end.
Otherwise it will just confuse me...

Starting price is the first they have to put MINIMUM, to start
the Auction~ :3
So if you wanted her to start with 1.3k, you would had to have
put 1.3k as starting~ ^-^"
That's what the Starting Price line is for~ :3
Then the minimum bid is the minimal the next bidder must add
for their bid to be taken in~ X3
(Misunderstanding are possible~ ;3)
