Hi there! I think I could help by asking these questions. :D
1) Do you have 3 pets in your party? If not, you could expand your party for 25000 gold.
2) Did you try to kill the arch mage first? If yes, I suggest you kill the other undeads first.
3) Did you have full mana? If no, I suggest you go to another place like Trollsblight Cavern and fight the sylesties in there until you have full mana.
