You can go to Esiors haven or Sanctuary of Sarielle and visit the Plaza, there is a healer there that will heal all your pets for a price.

Or, if you have a revival draught, then you can heal him that way as well.
Rvival draughts can be found in your inventory, (Explore>Inventory). I think you get Revival draughts from Mission/Event Satchels. ^^" Can't really remeber, but I know I did just get four revival draughts from my greater event satchel.

I have 2 of them but it won't give me the option to use it...

Ok, First you click on the revial draught, next you click "use", and it should work.
But you have to have the pet you want to use it on up, meanng you use the little scroll thingy to the side and select the pet you want to revive. It's the same as when you want to put equipment on your pets.

It only gives me the option to use it if my pet is concious

@Starlinriddel,
There are two ways of healing pets.
The first, is to go to any Plaza in any city and use the Healer. You must pay a fee and can only use this feature once every 30 minutes.
The second, is to use consumables. There are 3 types of consumables.
Potions: Can be used only out of battle on conscious pets. Elixirs: Can be used in or out of battle on conscious pets. Draughts: Can be used in or out of battle only on unconscious pets.
You can use consumables via your Inventory or, if you're in a battle, by hitting 'P'.
