I'm not sure if this should go here or in the bug report. But I'm right at the start of the tutorial with Jinxie, where it tells me to click on the Viridian Meadows than on Esior's Haven. I click on both which takes me to a field, but I get a message saying "Hey, you! I am trying to show you how to explore! You can't learn if you don't follow along!". Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch?

No it's not a glitch, however you did start right in the middle of a raid, I'm afraid. Whenever there's a banner flashing saying to save Esior's Haven, the city itself is inaccessible. Once the raid is over, the city will become available again, and you can continue your tutorial.

Yeah, I imagine it can be kind of frustrating. There are scripted raids on Esior's Haven throughout the day, a nice little way to battle some higher level mobs and maybe catch a nice rare Sylesti in the process. While those are going on, Esior's Haven is out of commission. Once the raid event is over, you can return about your business there.

When you get further along, just so you don't have to go looking or asking what you're missing, the actual quest zones are scripted. Just keep hitting "Explore the area," and eventually you'll arrive at where you need to be (with all the random battles and item finds that entails). It's pretty linear that way.

I will adjust something somewhere to make the bandit raid only accessible to those who have completed the tutorial.
