I have an idea about a club that encourages players to battle and earn gold and scales by holding monthly competitions for some of the stats we have on our profile.

Competitions

Battle Record: (found via profile and advanced search)
Battling and looting is a really good way to earn gold and possible essences.

Mission Record: (found via profile and advanced search)
Sending your pets on missions is a really good way to earn gold and some items

Arena Record: (found via advanced search)
From Battling in the Arena, you can earn Arena Satchels and Badges, which can be used different shops in Ethernia

Gold Earned: (found via profile)
Just...Gold! Everyone needs MORE!

Scales Earned: (found via profile)
With scales, you can buy stuff from the Scale shop, either eggs or various philters that can help with breeding projects.

Dungeons Cleared: (found via profile)
Dungeons are the only place where you can find Mythical Gear, which is essential for battling. Plus Gold and Loot and more!

Will there be prizes? Maybe! it depends on how many are interested and participated each month. As the point of this club is not to just "win prizes" but to increase our stats and earn gold by competing with each other.

The competitions will be based on how much progress you made in that competition that month. So if you want to join one month, you will need to post your stats on day 1-3 of the month. You may not edit that thread afterwards unless it is on the same day. I will go and verify it by looking at your profile. At the end of you month, you'll need to post your stats. Then I'll subtract the stats from the last day of the month to the ones on the first day of the month and that will be your score for that month.

The purpose of this is to give everyone a fair shot. It makes no sense for someone with over 10,000 scales total to compete with someone who has 1000 scales total; the other person already has a pretty steep lead!

Club members will not need to compete every month. But there will need to be at least 3 people in a competition that month for it to run.

As the site grows and develops, we can change the competitions based on what's "in" at the time. (Hint megazone)

This thread is for INTEREST CHECK only. This club is for you if you enjoy competing with other people, increasing your stats, and earning gold and items.

If you are INTERESTED in a possible club, please just post and say you're interested. If you wanna say which competitions you'd be interested in, that's cool too! You don't need to ping me.

If you are interested in helping me run this club, please message me! I need 1-2 other people to help me and I am willing to pay at least 100K a month (pay day will be last day of month). As needed, I can hire more people.
Duties:
- Be active through out the month and help answer people's questions about the club, competitions, and battle advice if they need help.
- Help me verify people's profiles and stats on the first and last day of the month.

I'm sure more duties will be needed, but I'm not sure yet.

I'd definitely be interested! It's a great idea to get others to do more exploring, nurturing, doing missions, etc. I for one haven't done much nurturing recently.

I have a slightly different idea of how to start competitions. BEFORE the first day of the competition players simply post if they want to participate. ON the day of the competition the club admin/moderators/you/organizers check the participants' profiles and writes down current scores at the same time. This way some players won't have a day over others who may post on day 3 for example. I hope that makes sense. It's essentially what you said except moderators check profile scores all at the same time, so that everyone starts earning points at the same moment.

On another note, if you need help with organizing, brain-storming, graphics/art or otherwise running the thread I can help (without pay). If there are others interested in running the thread with you then I am happy to just simply participate as well. :3
