I've been pretty busy the past few months and totally forgot I made an account on here. Now my pets are malnourished! If I feed them, will they get better??

Yeah they should. Just re-stock the food and they'll eat it (at some point. soon XD) and be all better

@Lurleai,
Yes, restocking your stable feed will automatically feed them every day until they are full on hunger again and maintain that level, or you can feed them directly by clicking on the pet and clicking feed pet. (It will then give you a price to feed that one pet.)
They are not going to die though
