Since this will be a busy Diamond-buying time, I wanted to announce a quick PSA (Public Service Announcement) regarding purchasing Diamonds.
We have been having an ongoing intermittent issue with Players when they purchase Diamonds. Sometimes, your purchase data from Sylestia will not transfer over to PayPal's checkout page. Then when you go to purchase the Diamonds, the sale data and your User ID # are not recorded so you don't immediately receive your Diamonds.
DON'T WORRY - I am alerted immediately to my personal email address every single time this happens. I then go through and manually process your order for you. So you will still always receive your Diamonds within a few hours when this does happen.
That said, there is a way to double check that the transaction will be correct before you purchase. Here's how:
When you click the checkout button from our Diamond Shop page and load PayPal's checkout, you can do the following.
At the top of the page, click on the the Arrow by the dollar amount. This will display the drop down box seen above. Then click on the "More" link to see all of the data.
You should see the Item #: set to your User ID #. If it's missing or blank, then your Diamonds won't automatically be added to your account. Additionally, verify that the quantity and price are correct.
If you do this and the data is not correct, simply go back to the Diamond Shop and try again. If after a few attempts it still won't work, try clearing your Browser Cache and try again.
If it still won't work, then just go ahead and make your purchase as normal and you can then either send me a PM in game or wait until I send you a PM in game about your transaction. Either way, I will manually process it and you'll receive all of the Diamonds that you paid for. =)
But hopefully this PSA can help to make buying Diamonds easier for both you guys and for myself.
Lastly, this happens less than 5% of the time. So I'm sure the vast majority of you will never have a single issue. But the information is here in case it does.
Yep. Your transaction didn't go through properly and it's what reminded me to post this.
I did go ahead and already process your Diamonds for you though so you should have them now. =)

Good idea to post this. I never have received this issue myself, and have brought Diamonds during many a Festival Sale. But it's good to know just in case.

Yep had this happen only once, maybe twice in my entire diamond buying history (and I buy often..ahem lol) and Krin is always super prompt on getting the diamonds to where they need to go :)
(But thank you for the tip - good to know there is something I can do my end to save your sanity a bit!)

This just happened to me. I bought 500 and I haven't received them yet. Strange seeing as it was fine the first few times I bought diamonds
