I am stuck at the Forgotten Tomb Boss. His name is to long to type out :D
Anyway, my pets are all level 60, and he is level 40, but you know, bosses are always better. He has a problem with healing himself, well, more like I have a problem with him. I have only gotten him to half health before he heals himself and my pets all die. I need help. What should I do? I am pretty sure my pets are are strong as I will get them for a while, though I might need better armor and stuff. Though all my pets have the 'Tough' armor and what not. What do you think?

The forgotten tomb boss is really hard to defeat, unless you've activated the seals. If you didn't, he would have more boosts during the boss battle, making it super hard to defeat.
Here's a thread discussing the forgotten tomb: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=622
The main thing is that you have to translate the text (I think there are some translations in the thread linked above), and match the right pet to the right skill needed. Your pets need a minimum amount of stat points in order to activate the seal. I heard most people use level 60 pets with all the points in that stat for it to work.
I can't remember much about the boss fight itself, so can't help you much there. The only thing I can advise would be to go to a lower zone and get your pets to full health and full mana just before you fight the boss, so you can use a finishing blow on him right from the start. Also, use mend whenever your pet's health falls below 75% if you can.
Looking at your pets, it seems that you've allocated their points quite well. But since I can't see everything, it's hard to tell. I'll personally recommend reading these two guides if you haven't already, and adjust your team from there if need be:

So I backtracked and came to the seals, but how do I know which seal it is? And the puzzle, I don't know how to solve it.

Like I said, you'll have to translate the text. Each letter of the english alphabet has a corresponding symbol, so based on the letters given, you can figure which letter has which symbol, and fill in the blanks.
In the thread I first linked, someone translated the instructions:
This Is The Tomb Of King Desius. I, ruler of sylestia. In order to seal his sprit in eternal slumber we constructed this tomb with four magical seals. Each seal locks a piece of his spirit in another plane of existence if all four seals are destroyed king Desius will be free to return to this plane more powerful than ever before. With each seal in place, King Desius will have that piece of his spirit weakened in this plane.
In order the seals are the seal of alacrity, the seal of courage the seal of cunning and the seal of perception. Only those true to each seal will have the power to activate them and only when all four seals are activated will they illuminate.
... Finally FINISHED :D
Since it's basically just replacing an english letter with a corresponding symbol, based on the position of the words in the sentences, you just need to note down the symbols for alacrity, courage, cunning, and perception. So when you encounter the seals, you just need to look out for the symbols in that sentence representing one of the four skills, then you can match the stat.
The stats needed for each type of seal should be as such:
Alacrity=Agility
Perception=Dexterity
Courage=Strength
Cunning=Intelligence

Okay, so I got to a seal, and this is what to weird writing was:
So, I got to work, and this is what I got out of it:
'This is the seal of cunning, only those true to it can activate it.'
So like you said, the seal of cunning = intelligence. My battle pets, I have three, Health, Strength, and a mix of all, though the mix one is more Agility then anything. Which pet should I use? I am thinking the mixed one.

You will need a pet with all it's points in intelligence, else it probably won't work. I'm not sure the exact stat points required, but generally most players use a lvl 60 pet with all the points in that one stat.
Do you have a spare lvl 60 pet with all intelligence, or that you can assign all points to intelligence? If you do, just switch one of your party members to that pet, answer the riddle, and switch back to your normal party.
If you don't, I'll suggest you invest in getting more lvl 60 pets. It's good to have pets with all their points specialise in one stat to use for missions. That way, you can do the highest tiers of missions and get the maximum rewards, which is the easiest way to earn gold.
Edit: side note, I'm not sure why you have a health, strength, and mix pet... most party formations use a tank and 2 cannons, whereas yours sound like 2 tanks and a cannon. Not saying you can't do that, but it may not be the most effective battling style generally. The last thread I linked in my first post has tips on building the party formation I'll recommend for general battles. But if your current style works for you, it's up to you whether to change or not.

Hmm. Okay, so I have a pet that is standing by that has all intelligence. :) I didn't know you could just which out a party pet for another. So what would you suggest? A strength, a agility, and a intelligence for my battle pets. I have for if I put my health pet in the middle, (she has twice as much health as the others), then my party lasts much longer in battle, because the enemies always go for the pet in the middle. But that is just what I observed.

Okay, so I am at the seal of cunning (I made sure), and I make my intelligence pet try and open the seal, it says nothing happens, so we move on......? I am pretty sure that wasn't suppose to happen?! Wait, does my intelligence pet have to have every single point on intelligence for it to work? Because he has a few on health, you know, to give him more health.
