Hey, not sure if I misunderstood a recent post, but I thought that since my pets averaged around level 46 or so I should be finding rares in the summer zone. However all I am finding is commons without any color on their stars and no visible markings whatsoever. Am I just going crazy and this is normal?

@Kaela1214,
The rarity listed was for the Patriotic Pets - not regular Sylesties.
So when you find a Patriotic Pet, it will be of Rare rarity.

And they are just mixed in there? or only for the event things (such and such are attacking blank place, not sure what these are called)?

Nope, they aren't linked to anything.
They just have a chance of appearing as you roam around the zone.
