After the various amounts of testing and re-coding that I have been doing this past week in getting the new Ability/Proficiency System and new Tutorial set up to be released, I realized how ridiculous (and soon to be, even more pointless) it is that dropped Pet Equipment Loot assigns Physical or Magical Damage randomly to a Relic.
As such, I have done the following to randomly dropped Pet Equipment Loot:
Broken Down by Suffix
Crusader: No longer drops.
Myrmidon: Always Physical Damage. Boost to Dexterity. Slight boost to Intelligence/Agility.
Assassin: Always Physical Damage. Boost to Agility. Slight boost to Intelligence/Dexterity.
Ravager:Newly Added! Always Physical Damage.
Warden: No longer drops.
Evoker: Always Magical Damage. Boost to Dexterity. Slight boost to Strength/Agility.
Illusionist: Always Magical Damage. Boost to Agility. Slight boost to Strength/Dexterity.
Arcanist:Newly Added! Always Magical Damage.
Disciple: Always Physical Damage and Magical Damage at 100% of normal value; no longer diminished.
Just to emphasize, the Ravager and Arcanist Equipment Sets now offers more Strength and Intelligence, respectively, than any previous Equipment by a significant amount. This will be highly desired by Strength and Intelligence Mission Pets!*
Additionally, the Myrmidon and Evoker Equipment Sets now offer more Dexterity than any other Equipment and more than they previously did. This will be highly desired by Dexterity Mission Pets.*
Lastly, the Assassin and Illusionist Equipment Sets now offer more Agility than any other Equipment and more than they previously did. This will be highly desired by Agility Mission Pets.*
* = Only in regards to the randomly dropped Pet Equipment. The comparison excludes specific Named Equipment / Mythical Equipment.
As for already existing Pet Equipment, I will probably go through and readjust them appropriately when I implement the new Ability/Proficiency System. But for now, they will remain as they are.

Interesting, so certain items will be rarer.

I bow before you on this one! I've had one too many times when I get an Evoker Relic and it ends up giving me Physical Damage! This is a godsend and makes it easier to find what you're looking for...

...Are the colors used in this post reflecting rarity? or just used to group them by type

No. Randomly dropped Pet Equipment comes in Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary Qualities.
The colors used in the Post were just to emphasize Physical vs Magical vs Balanced.

...I thought Physical Damage was associated with strength and Magical Damage with intelligence? Is it switched around for a reason or did I learn/read it wrong? Or does it really not matter what type of damage it is?

Thank you for doing that! I was kind of confused about it before this, but not anymore!
