Here's a little doodle I drew up for y'all. I used to have a web comic before I decided that a second college degree, working full time, and getting married all at the same time was a good idea. (Protip: It is NOT.)
I put in some random peeps from around the Forums. If you DON'T want to be in a comic in the future, better let me know now! I'm about to spend a week in the hospital and I will be BORED.

@Kesstreyl,
When getting the URL from flickr, right click the image and it'll give you a list of sizes you can view (the one I picked was the 2nd medium sized option.)
If you right click the picture once the page has reloaded, then it will give you the normal options "Copy Image URL" etc.
Use the image tags with that URL and the picture will view correctly.
Honestly, using Photobucket or a similar site is easier though... you don't have to go through any of that palaver to get the URL you need.

I would use photobucket, imgur, or tinypic for that sorta stuff.
Or gyazo/sadpanda, though, the former is for screencrops. The first 3 above work. Tinypic is good if you don't want to create an account.
