I'm sorry if this is already a thread, but I searched and couldn't find one so..
My laptop is messed up and I was gonna use my brother's old one until I can get it fixed, however I thought I saw somewhere that you had to notify one of the admins if you were going to go on Sylestia from another device. I just want to know if this is true, Do I have to PM one of them and tell them that I'm just using a different laptop? Or, Do would already know already?

I'm not sure if I am going to use it, but in case i need to I wanna make sure i'm not gonna like get in trouble or something

No, you do not need to notify the administrators. You probably heard that there's a safeguard in place that logs a person out if they are using a different IP address. This is to prevent others from using your account; however, it can become an issue for people who use different IP addresses frequently, so there is a way to disable the feature. You can either add the IP address of your brother's laptop to your IP Whitelist, or you can press "Disable Feature" on the same page.
