Where can I get catalysts for the sylesti brewing event

sometimes you find them in the Mega Zone with is the only thing open right now

The MegaZone isn't open yet. You can find them in the Fall Festival zone, most likely, or purchase them from the Festival Shop for 300 chocolate coins.
