Help I just got a title the kind hearted I don't know how I got it I just turned up

I believe The Kind-Hearted is a reward for nurturing; Titles are earned through completing certain optional objectives throughout Sylestia. Congratulations!

But I have not done any nurturing it just came up

Hm. Perhaps go look through the Player Guides forums; there might be something about titles there.

Kind-Hearted is a title earned from handing out a personal item in trick or treat, it is explained here :) Hope this helps~
