I know about the prices and stuff ... but how do I MAKE a CoD?

Go to your inventory, if you are wanting to give/sell/send an item click on it and click the little mail icon you can set up price and person there (Unlike pets those can be sent at 0 gold). If you want to receive money, what most people do is send over a mushroom (or something else worthless and easy to get) with how much you want set at the price. Hope this helped somewhat!
