I already read through the newbie guide, and I'm still having some difficulties.

Currently, Jinxie says this.
"We can either travel to the Nightfall Bandit Dungeon or to the Umbra Forest and visit the Fairies.

Dungeons are very difficult zones that can be completed once every day. They offer challenging enemies, puzzles, bosses, and very good rewards.

You can visit the dungeon later if you wish to continue to Umbra Forest."

She says we can either, but there is nothing in Umbra Forest to do, so do I have to go through that dungeon? It's very difficult. If so, any pointers on how to get through the Nightfall Bandit Dungeon?

The Umbra Forest has not been unlocked yet (it should be opening tomorrow, if not over the weekend at some point), so right now the dungeon is all you have available. The best strategy I can give you for the dungeon is having the best gear you can get for your pets and making sure you use all of their level-up points. It IS a tougher dungeon, so you may have to do it more than once before you can finally beat it.

You can reset the dungeon, however, every day. If you have a hard time beating it, just wait until you can reset to do it again. This will provide you with more exp as well as better opportunities for gear. If you find it is too difficult, you can also put your pets on missions to level them up some more before trying again.

@Bird,

At this time Umbra Forest isn't released yet (only the town there is open) so the dungeon is your only option currently. However, if you would like to solve today's forum game (the encrypted puzzle) I think the message will help answer some questions involving Umbra Forest.

As far as getting through the dungeon I took a look at your pets and I only see that you have two of them in a party. You can expand your party size to 3 in Sanctuary of Saerielle, the town in Umbra Forest, and this should help considerably getting through the dungeon. I would also make sure that your pets gear is at least the same level as they are, so if they're lvl 25+ have them be in level 25 gear. And of course always make sure to spend your proficiency points and ability points as you level.

Thank you for the advice you two!
I'll save up for a third slot in my party, and try my hand at it again. Thanks again ^U^
