Avery Raced down the stairs past the kitchen before stepping into the Common room Ruffling the melting snow out of her hair as she took off her robes and yellow and black scarf happy to feel the warmth of the wood fire and the warm golden glow of the common room. and with a confident stride she started towards the girls dorm only to hit the hardwood floor thanks to her wet shoes. A loud thud echoing through the Hufflepuff den before she got back to her feet rubbing her head " Ow... really graceful Avery.." she mumbled to herself half laughing at her own misfortune.

Avery Cuckled and ruffled the back of her hair " Yeah no worries, I just wanted to get in before they Close the gates to Hogsmead... and I didn't want to miss supper" she mumbled letting her true intentions show. " So how you feeling today? it being so cold out and all?" she asked kneeling down holding her hand out to Petite as she usually did.

Yeah, it is.... apparently the Match for today between Gryfindor one Ravenclaw was canceled do to visibility she said seeming a little concerned

Adriana sat by the fire in the Gryffindor common room, finishing up an essay. She spaced out, staring into the fire. "Alright, I'm getting nothing done," she muttered to herself. She put away her homework and hurried outside the common room, weaving her way down the staircases towards the dining hall.
