so I saw this thread an i thought this would be a good place to put this. forgive me if i am wrong about putting this here, i am kind of new. so, how do you breed? i cant figure it out.i tried the breeding grounds in the generator tab, but it didn't work. the breeding generator button is gray. please help!

You're correct about the breeding grounds being where you breed your pets. After looking at your stable, though, I can tell you the problem. Pets cannot breed until they're completely mature adults. Both of your sylvorpas, since they were created so recently, are still adolescents. The breed button won't light up until they're both 18 days old, which is when a generated Syesti will become an adult. (Or 26 days, for Sylestis that have been bred!)

Another way to breed, once you have adult pets, is to go to the stables of other players and see if they have any of their pets up for public breeding. If that's the case, you can go to that pet's profile and select which of yours you want them to breed with, and you get the eggling regardless of whether the male or female is yours! The only downside to this is that more often than not you have to pay a small gold sum to breed with someone else's pet.

ok now i have another question, how do pets go from Adolescent to adult?

They naturally age. You can just wait and they'll become adults on their own, but you can influence the age of pets by nurtures, profile views, and by magical pies. To nurture you click on the picture of a pet and you can then once every 24 hours nurture it by doing the appropriate action. Only eggs and hatchlings can be nurtured. If you want to try to increase views for your eggs you could find appropriate nurture threads here in the forums. Most are in General. Magical pies cost diamonds and can be used only every 72 hours to add 6 days to the pet you use it on.

It takes roughly 72 hours (3 Days) for a newborn Eggling to become a Hatchling.
It then takes roughly an additional 144 hours (6 Days) for a Hatchling to become an Adolescent.
It then takes an additional 18 Days for an Adolescent to become an Adult.
