I used to make them back in the day, but I took a several-year hiatus from Sylestia and I'm afraid I've completely forgotten how the process goes for obtaining copies. Can we still do so? Is there a particular form to use?

A long time ago, back when I played this game the first time around, there were new avatar items released every month. We could download a blank template of the items, colour it in photoshop, and pay in diamonds to have our custom coloured version of the item made. If you look through the other threads in this forum, you'll see various people's custom items which they made.
I know monthly avatar items are no longer a thing, so presumably there's no way to make new customs, but I'm assuming that we should still be able to order copies of the ones we made years ago. I just don't remember what the protocl is for doing so.

You're right that customs can no longer be created. You can still order copies of ones you made- I believe you just have to PM Krin.
