While we know that eggs over 1900 scales are Legendary- the Legendary Scale Shop Egg Thread has that much recorded at least-, I don't think anyone has really recorded what the whole scale of TP-vis-carry ratio is.
So we kind of need people who would be willing to buy cheaper eggs (obviously what they then do with those, once they've hatched and been gene-tested, is entirely up to them)
I don't think we've gotten all the costs (not in the 1900+ zone anyhow)- if you see a number that we've missed, tell us so we can add it to the list (even if you choose not to buy the egg)
Price ranges we need more of:
- 500-730,
- 750-950,
- 1000-1230,
- 1250-1500,
- 1750-2000,
- 2250,
- any price that doesn't have any pets in,
- any numbers that aren't listed
If the number has 3 or more entries, consider it excluded from the 'need more of' list, unless the eggling hatches with a different tp distribution than what those entries record
This is to help clear up exactly where each rarity swaps over to the next
(Current consolidated Guesstimates here)
I just feel like it'd be a nice bit of science to do, maybe helpful to people to work out if it's worth it to them to spend x or y amount of scales?
Work out the points where Trait counts change, and where the Carry-Vis swapovers are.
If you do choose to buy an egg:
a) probably we don't need more than maybe four of any given price?
b) List the price, link the pet, should be good to go.
c) Ping us when it hatches+is tested so we can add their trait count.
d) If you don't have immediate access to Gene Testing, just say- if needed we have the infinite test kit.
(number links go to the pets, name links go to the first post of that pet. Unlinked names were either from a post with multiple pets, or the pet was offered for the list from one of the chats)(Thanks to Theafy for a bunch of Legendary Egg records)
