I can get pets to level 60!
I'm mainly doing this because I love helping people. I see most leveling services here charge 1000g per level (which is fair for their work), because I'm doing this mostly out of fun, I'll allow it to be paid in tips. I'll take up to two pets at a time.
I also collect all exp orbs I find, so That will help me level your pets.
I will also equip them with relics and other equipment I find/found through exploring.
I see most people want small apps, so ping me with the following:

Hi Leiley! ^^
What a lovely service! I don't have any pets that need levelling to 28 right now, but it is really kind that you are offering it cheaply. :)
Here is a small present for you. (You can buy her from me for 1 gold by clicking the "view prices" button on her page.) I also sent you a free experience orb in your trades.
After you feed her this experience orb (you do this by using the orb in your inventory when she is showing), you should be able to use her for levelling higher levels. Let me know how it goes, and good luck!

Also, I'll level your pets as quickly as possible. Just because you choose the price, doesn't mean you won't get proper service.
