I'm having a hard time with the boss battle in Fungus Grove. I just cant seem to beat it just cant win I come so close but just wind up getting beat every time I guess its too hard for someone like me who is still a newbie and i have been trying to beat it since my first day.

I had that problem too! And somebody nice came along and helped me. They gave me some tips, which I will relay to you:
1. Make sure your pets have the right armor and accessories and relics
2. Pair pets against enemies of the same level
3. Stock up on healing elixirs, mana elixirs too!
This is one that I came up with:
4. Practice your battle skills in a place you have already completed.
Every newbie has that problem. I had so much trouble that I almost gave up, but I kept on going and now Im on to my next zone. (Trust me, there are some battles that make you want to throw your device out the window...) (especially when you dont even get a reward for them.) (but you will get stuff out of defeating Cereth, dont worry)

Id try one of the all-around instructions and tips guides for that. Im not too skilled in that sort of thing... I just wait till some experienced older player comes and tells me what to do.

hello so your team has two tanks a earth amd a shadow
but i would recommend you either have a air element or a light
a light element because it can heal your team
and a air element because it deals more damage
or a water which can heal itself using its second attack i believe
if you plan on sticking to the elements your using then equip them with the assassin set and put a point in to health for the one in the first slot the other should have int which i would recommend the shadow element to have
