Question: wanted to make sure this was in no way breaking rules before I opened this up. I bought the genetic testing kits mainly because I intend on breeding being a really primary focus for me in the game. I love breeding projects and have missed it with other games that I have played.
My question is would it be all right to open up a service in which I offer people the chance to trade me their hatchlings temporarily, and for a small fee I'll test their genetics for them revealing all of that information before trading it back? I know this puts some level of trust involved but if I didn't trade the pet back I'd be the one up the creek.
If you think this is breaking a term of service or doing something wrong I'm happy to put the idea away. Just seemed like a cool thought.

No, this is not against our terms of service. However, all trades between players are 100% the involved players' responsibility and liability. We cannot guarantee the success of any trade. But, anyone caught scamming other players will be permanently banned.
In order to limit the chance of any issues happening, I would suggest making all of your customers do business via the forums. That way all information is public and non disputable. For example, if you and another player make a deal over say, MSN or AIM, and then the deal goes south. We have no way of verifying the deal that was made.
So I would just say it's in both players' best interest to deal business via the forums. I would also say to use the Item Auctions forum until we add a more suitable forum for services/general sales.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Nope that's perfect. And that is exactly what I was planning to do, to keep it to the forums. I don't want to put myself in danger or put anyone in fear of losing something. Awesome, thanks!
