Assuming youre referring to the final battle in which you get a steady stream of enemies (That is, when you defeat one, another takes their place.), I had trouble with that, too. *Nods* I learned, after looking through player guides about that task, the best strategy is to get rid of the most powerful ones first, so that the two left are on the mid (Decayed Archer & Undead Knight) to low (Risen Soldier) enemy tier, and thus, are easier to beat than the Archmage (the highest, most powerful enemy tier). It seems contradictory, I know, but it does work.
Ill also give you a couple of pieces of advice of my own:
. Make sure all three of your party slots are full. For everything from Faerinas Shrine on, its best to have three pets.
. If you havent already, make one of your pets (preferably your cannon) a Fire pet. The reason? A pet attuned to that element can attack multiple enemies at the same time. Just make sure you go after the mid-to-high tier enemies first, like I said above.
I hope I helped, and good luck 8]!
Edit: I just looked at your stable, and you have another potential problem when it comes to your party pets. You have two Air pets and one Water pet. At least one of them should be a healer (a Light pet). Having one of those enables you to last longer in battle, because it can pretty much continuously heal your other two party pets to some degree in addition to itself. Also, you might want to take a look at what equipment youve given your party pets. That also plays a big role in how well you fare in battle. This guide talks about all that stuff in a lot of detail: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=45988&page=1
