they are not releassed again outside of the victorian set for the ferrikki who is in the generator, we know however that there will be another trait that will spread to all speacies the same way that valentine lace and lucky dust.
Victorian set on the Hevenly themme, we don't have the official colorations or name for the themme that will introduce those trait yet so i improvise.
