So I have all my pets designed for the event of designing new Summer Themed Sylesti's, but Faiona prefers to have at 250x250, if I remember right.
Is there a simple way to make my images smaller? I automatically have them at 500x500, and I'm wondering if I can just do something quick and fast without going through the pain of opening and editing each one in a program that doesn't even have good quality.

If you're copying the image URLs from the generator, it's pretty easy. As Orca said, if it has a size= in the URL (usually at the end), you can change it to 250. Sometimes at size 500 (the maximum) there is no size tag, so then all you'd have to do is add &size=250 to the end of the image URL. No need to go through a separate program at all.

I do the same with internet explorer, i add or take away a few things from the "inspect element" thing cuz it's just simpler...kind of. A lot of deleting involved.
